OUR GROUPS
Let's Talk, I'll Listen Counseling Services provides group therapy and workshops for adults, children, and teens addressing issues and concerns. Groups and workshops provide a unique opportunity for participants to build skills and knowledge; share and learn from peers, and receive supportive feedback in a comfortable environment. Connecting with people who have the same experiences helps people see that what they are going through is universal and reinforces that they are not alone.

We strive to meet the needs of the communities we serve through our strong relationships with other health professionals, school personnel, parents, community organizations; and by listening clients and their loved ones. We aim to be proactive in addressing the needs that are presented to us, so we are often forming groups and workshops specifically to meet requests.

Our team takes a great deal of care in assessing the needs of our clients and community members so that we can offer programming that best supports the ever-changing themes that arise. Our clinicians receive on-going professional development to further nurture their expertise in a variety of areas. If you are interested in a group or workshop that is not currently offered please don’t hesitate to give us a call or email us at info@letstalkyou.com to inquire further. We would be happy to speak to you about your needs to determine the ways we might be able to support or refer you.
