ALEXIS TARR, LSCW
I specialize in providing cognitive-behavioral interventions, coupled with dialectical behavioral therapy and narrative therapy concepts. I have worked with clients experiencing a variety of mental health diagnoses.
In addition, I can provide therapy to those experiencing trauma, interpersonal conflicts, gender identity crises, anger/mood dysregulation, grief, and so much more. I specialize in working with individuals that have experienced physical, emotional and sexual abuse as well as in helping clients to cope with issues of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-harm, schizophrenia disorder, schizo- affective disorder, bipolar disorder, behavioral disturbances and more.
