If you are having a tough time understand your insurance benefits or options you have to pay for therapy services, our Billing Team will be happy to answer your questions, regarding payment and billing for our services.

We currently accept some insurance benefits. As a courtesy to you, if we are not listed as a provider with your insurance company we can provide you with an "Out-of-Network provider" super bill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, when doing so, you are required to pay the full amount of session at the time of services.

When you provide us with your insurance information, Our billing team can contact your insurance company to provide you with answers to the following questions:

How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?

What is my deductible?

What is my co-payment?
If you would like to use your insurance benefits and want us to verify your insurance, please fill out the form below 3 days prior to your intake appointment. You will be required to pay the full amount of intake session if we do not receive your insurance information prior to your appointment. Please note benefit eligibility is a not a guarantee of coverage of payment.
