Support Group


Therapy fosters empowerment, self-compassion, and growth. We look forward to listening to your specific concerns without judgement and helping you to achieve optimal wellness. Together we'll implement and improve goal-setting and goal striving abilities, build and maintain healthy relationships with others and reconnect to self.

Our first few sessions will be spent discussing what brought you into process of therapy, building our therapeutic relationship and setting goals towards your individualized the healing. During this initial phase, we will discuss your plan and create a customized road map for our therapeutic process.

We also offer tele-therapy sessions via video using a secure HIPPA compliant platform to clients in the State of Texas.





Individual therapy is a collaborative process that enables you to gain a deeper understanding and awareness of yourself, your experiences, and how your experiences have impacted your outlook on life. Together we explore adopting new skills to help you  manage challenging situations and  circumstances making healthy decisions, and reaching your desired goals.

We utilize frameworks such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to support clients on their journeys toward living purpose centered lives.




Family therapy addresses specific issues that affect the health and functioning of a family unit. Family therapy can help families cope through difficult periods, major transitions,  and mental or behavioral health

problems in family members.


We strive to support each family member’s ability to develop greater insight into their experiences and communicate those experiences with each of the other family members in order to deepen mutual understanding, strengthen relationships, and empower each member of the family.




Couples therapy allows  you and your partner to learn to clarify your needs, learn to heal from disconnection and isolation, develop 

meaningful communication, 

and increased emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical intimacy.

We offer marriage counseling as well as couples counseling for non-married partners including life partners, LGBTQ couples, dating couples, engaged couples and divorcing couples in the state of Texas.




Psycho-educational and process orientated groups designed to focus on educating clients about their disorders and healthy ways of coping. 

Group therapy can promote developing greater self-awareness by allowing you listen and connect to others that my be experiencing  similar issues.

Group Topics include  Trauma/PTSD, Anger Management, Anxiety and Grief and loss.
